Shipping/Policy

Shipping ~ Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery. Processing and delivery time will start the following business after the order has been received. Processing time can be anywhere from 3 -5 business days depending on the order. Priority mailing takes approximately 1-3 business days depending on the area. Once processing is complete, you will receive tracking information once available.

Shipping services is provided by USPS (United States Postal Service). All packages are shipped by Priority Mail once processing has been completed. We are not responsible or liable for delays that may occur through the mailing process. We are not responsible or liable for any lost or damaged packages that may have occurred during the shipping process. To protect your package and investment, you can purchase insurance to protect your package in any case this may happen.

Payments ~ All payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and debits cards. Paypal also accepts Green Dot Money Cards. You do not need a Paypal account to process your payment. Paypal will only accept addresses that is associated with the card being used. In the case, Paypal declines your payment, we will be able to process your payment via Phone Order. To do so, please email us at [email protected].

Return Policy ~ EXCHANGE ONLY. NO REFUNDS. To exchange, we must receive notice within 3 days of receiving your purchase if there are any issues. Exchanges will be not be accepted if hair has been altered in any way. We will not accept hair that has been combed, brushed, cut, dyed, bleached, washed, worn, or has any product that has been applied to it. Hair must be in its original packaging and must be in the condition as it was received.

Cancellations ~ To make changes or to cancel an order, you have up to 24 hours after receiving your order to do so. Once we have started to process your order, changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
